I have just posted the updated reports for the CQ DX Field Award.
Note: after sending the manager of this award an email - asking
about the use of LOTW confirmations towards this award , I rcvd the
following reply this morning:

LoTW documentation is acceptable for fields represented by
the 178 single-field countries only.

Enclose a hard copy of your LoTW screen printout showing single-field
countries claimed along with your CQ DX Field Award application.

With the above words in mind, I updated the APPLICATION report file
-- and -- the WORKSHEET report file .. and, I have posted the
"European version" and the USA version" to my website with the LINKS
being:
USA Version (for Letter sized paper):

European Version (A4 sized paper):

Note: the filenames of the reports are "the same" as what is
currently on your computer (for DXbase2006 and 2007) - so,
please simply EXTRACT and SAVE the contents of the ZIP file
into your DXbase REPORTS directory - and let the new files
"over-write" the old ones..
