I just checked the Countries web site and it is only showing the 4
districts and a total of 3007 countries. When did they change the districts
to boroughs and why isn't the total countries changed to reflect this
change?

DXbase 2007 lists 4 districts as the Alaskan counties. However the County
Hunters list them as boroughs. This is similar to LA perishes. Why dosent
DXbase list the boroughs rather than 4 districts? This is confusing to me.
