IOTA Experts:

I just imported HI3A from LoTW (seven entries) and DXBase came up with the
following error with HI3A:

The value HI3A NA966 was not found in the IOTA Numeric Stat..........
etc....

First - I am quite sure this is an error from ARRL and LoTW for not trapping
the wrong value.

Before I send off a request to ARRL for a fix (or something?) I want to make
sure my thinking is correct that it looks like HI3A entered the wrong value
of NA-966 and LoTW did not trap the error. Is this correct or did I overlook
something?

By-the-way should the correct island designator be NA-096?

Merry Christmas,

Eric - Ve3gsi

What are the steps to change the default mode for RTTY? I want to expand the
frequency range in the band plan. But can not make it stay. Tried setting
the user logging defaults but that didn't wotk either.
