It is NA-096......  I read where some folks get 
NA996 when they entire it in DXB but my guess is 
it is because they have DXB setup to lookup data 
on their PC in RAC database or equivelent and the 
database has the incorrect data.

I tried it here and I get no IOTA at all and I do not have a database lookup.
