Thanks to those you provided the fix.  I had probably ignored the earlier
postings about the problem because of my not being interested in IOTA.

I still have the problem that I'm not seeing the window that should be
popping up when I click on the Previous QSOs icon.  I can't click on the
main DXbase screen after I click on that button.  I cycle through the
running programs with an ALT-TAB, and the DXbase base says Previous QSOs.  I
have to click on the Escape key in Dxbase to activate the main DXbase
window.  It's as if the Previous QSOs window is open but I can't see it.

I disabled my second monitor and still can't see the Previous QSOs window.
Other DXbase windows pop up just fine.

The IOTA data from the import was wrong. Change the IOTA for all contacts
with HI3A to NA096.
