Dick,

I have to say that I really don't have a problem with DXBase and LOTW.   I 
find it very easy to upload to LOTW.  I just opoen the selection wizzard, 
click on QSO filters, then set the < and > dates using a file name of the 
date I am submitting (such as 20090316 for the one I submitted today).  Once 
that is done I go to TQSL and sign the file (which would then be 
20090316.tq8).  With that accomplished, I open LOTW and upload the file, and 
then delete the old adi and tq8 files in the DXBase directory.  Hardly a 
"big deal" as far as I am concerned.

I don't know how you can "do it wrong".  I just look at the last time I show 
a "NO" or "Card" in the  QSLS column of DXBase, and use the day before for 
the wizard.
