Tim, Your observation is correct. We have special logic in DXbase 2007 which attempts to reconcile the KG4 in Guitmo vs US. It's not perfect but it gets it right most of the time unless of course there is some exception in some callsign being used. In the case where it is not right, the callmap is the solution to deal with the exception.
