The problem appears to have been that I started uploading to LoTW 
with DxBase2005 which didn't report the seconds in the ADIF files for 
the QSOs, yet maintained them in the log.  Any of the uploads I made 
back before I upgraded to DxBase2006 will have this problem, at least for me.
