Yes, I know where it is in XP, but it ain't there in Windows 7 64 bit.
Yes, I do have my folders view set to show all hidden and system folders and
files.

Tony,

On XP Pro mine resides in the C:\WINDOWS directory. Make sure when you
search you set the search to look in the hidden directories.
