Gary and all, Many thanks for the effort. Fred A65BD/G4BWP had sent me a reply direct before I caught up to the digest with the others who looked at my dilemma getting the field order sorted. I have the problem sorted out and it is much better to my needs.

From the Help file: "Previous QSO Module While DXbase is running, you will have the opportunity to select a different configuration file when you enter the Previous QSO Module. If you do not see a prompt, then put a check in the option on the Previous QSO screen when it is displayed, close the window, and access it again. When prompted, navigate to the folder where your configuration files were stored. Once there, you will see any files that end in the .CO file extension. Select the configuration file that you wish to use and click the open button. Copyright ?1999 - 2005 Scientific Solutions, Inc."
