Hi Per, In Tools/Options/User Options click on the Labels tab. At the bottom right side of that tab there are two fields titled 'Label Signature' and 'Label Comment'. You can change this field if you like, but whatever you enter is used for each label you print. If you check your Pending Labels Data and click on the QSO Label tab you will find this COMMENT in each of your pending labels. I'm sure this is the source of the COMMENT field you are trying to place on the label.
In looking at the Label Designer module there does not appear to be a variable for the NOTES field that can be incorporated into a label design.
