Thanks for putting up with my lost files problem. I just wanted to stop by
and let those who helped me out with this that I have success and the 600 or
so Q's are now happily back in my log. Still don't know what happened. I
restored the July 11 backup from Carbonite.com to the path suggested by N7WS
which was;

C:\Users\Jon\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\DXbase 2007

The key that I missed was using that path to start up DXB! Once that light
came on in my old brain and I drilled down to that mdb file to start the
program, all was good up to July 11,2009.WHEW! Thanks Wes and Arnie and
others who helped me wade through this. Now I need to do the same with a
more recent backup. I may loose 20 Q's or so but that I can deal with!

Just want to add my thanks to Jack for years of logging support. I first
met him and purchased DXB in about '88-'89 in Dayton that ran on DOS v5.5 I
think. It's been quite a ride.good luck with whatever comes along for you!

Regards,

Jon-K6EL
