There is a column call "Sub Mode", you may or may not have it showing. If
you don't have it showing then
you will need to edit you column order (.co) file to include it, then you
will be able to display your
sub mode as PSK31 or any other digital mode that you choose. In the
Tools/Database Access there is a listing
of "Digital Sub Mode Names" Click on that and you can add any new digital
modes that may come up.
Of course all this is in DXbase 2007, I can't speak for any other versions.

PS: Unless I am badly mistaken ALL the digital modes are counted as 1 (one)
class a far a ARRL awards are concerned.

Subject: [Dxbase] Invalid mode field (LOtw)

I just started working PSK31 and in the mode field DXbase puts Digi. When I
try to sign the file I'm told the mode is invalid. I tried to change the
mode manually, but dxbase won't accept anything but what is in the pull-down
list.
Any suggestions?

Thanks, Billy
