Thanks for thre idea but i got it a little while ago by manually creating the file thru dxbase and up loading that file. I submitted my qso and its already been approved.. I wondered if I could have used both contacts but i just submitted the one. I actually have 2 cards for 3 qso's but my ssb contact doesnt show?.. I can manually try that one at a later date for a ssb award i guess and see if it flys then.. Dave N8DC

It is a free submission and mine showed up in less than a week (and that was with the checker mailing the application in). Now all they have to do is send an email to the DXCC desk verifying they have checked your card(s). If your certificate is out of date, I don't think you can upload to LOTW, even if the QSO date is within the range of when the certificate was valid.
