Folks, I wanted to let you know that we have completed the transfer of ownership for all rights to DXbase and we are in the process of getting the new owner on board. I'll let him introduce himself and his company in the coming week or so. But I can tell you that he brings a tremendous amount of expert programming knowledge, ham knowledge, and has been involved in many other ham related software activities.
We are getting the DXbase domain transferred and a new web site established but I don't know his schedule for this yet. I have already shared with him many of the suggestions that were given to us for feature enhancements and he mentioned a few ideas of his own that I found to be very interesting. You'll be hearing much more in the near future. For me, it's a double edged sword in that I have spent many years cultivating DXbase and it's a little sad to pass it on, but at the same time, I'm very excited to see a new owner take over and begin to take it to new levels.
