Converting a 32bit Registration file to 64bit.
Use notepad to open the registration file that you have for 32 bit. Replace the following line: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Scientific Solutions\Dxb2007] With the following line: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Scientific Solutions\Dxb2007] Save changes to a new filename so that you do not erase your original 32bit registration. To apply this new registration, double click the .reg filename just as you would for 32bit. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Don Bergmark" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, September 03, 2009 9:22 AM Subject: [Dxbase] DXBase & Vista 64 Bit > Hi > > I am trying to bring DXBase 2007 up on a 64 bit, Vista Home Premium and > can not seem to get it registered with my 2007 key.
