Hi Joe, You did up a custom DXCCQSO.RPT report file a couple of years ago that took into account whether you were using cards only -- i.e. a situation in which a hybrid application had already been submitted with your LoTW hits and this the second part, where you need to submit the paper cards for checking. Any chance you could update this one as well?
When you selected this Report form, you had to choose standard/regular, Radio Button: BOTH=LoTW and Radio Button: BOTH=CARD. (BOTH=LoTW was selected as the default).
