I have gottten this to work fine on my HB PC: AMD 64 X2 chip, ECS nVidia
iForce4 A939 mobo, 4 GB RAM, about 4+ years old now.
1.On Neal's advise: I opened up the 32 Reg file using Notepad and inserted the
folowing, without the quote marks "Wow6432Node" in between Software\ and
\Scientific Solutions in the first line of the reg file (located in the
DXBase2007 folder).
2. I saved the modified file using a new filename, in my case I named the new
file kg6i64and saved it to my DXBase2007 folder.
3. I double-clicked on the file and answered Yes when Windows asked if I wanted
to allow this file to modify the registry.
4. I copied the Hosts file from my DXBase2007 folder into
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc. This fix was posted a year ago or more to get
Vista to work with DXBase2007 and it works fine with Win 7 too.
