Guess there are several possibilities:

1.  It's really there, but you are overlooking it.
2.  It's there but scrolled off to the right of your visible screen display.
3.  You selected Tools/customize and unchecked the QSO toolbar.
4.  You selected Tools/customize and dragged the QSO button off of the QSO 
toolbar.
5.  You have had a write/read error on your hard drive impacting your 
dxb2007.ini file.
