Gary the flaws were all caused by me .. Bad data entries and at one time I had a time issue also that I corrected and when you do that If you uncheck that you have sent the messed up contacts to LoTW when you upload again it automatically assumes you have new contacts and they look like new if they have been modified so there goes your total count !. So really there is no fix for it only fixing the messed log entries as far as whats in DxBase.. Like I said as long as my total awards counts are right it doesnt matter and you cant change anything thats already uploaded to LoTW anyway.. Now thats what I found.. maybe there are other issues that throw LoTW counts off also.. ? Ive thought about going thru my cards again since im not working just to see if I need to make any corrections in my log but man thats a lot of cards :).. I went from converting my paper log to dxBase and years ago I was pretty lazy and didnt log a lot of contacts as the were country dupes (I was just going for DXCC Mixed) so I went thru those cards I recieved about a year ago. Were only human and we can make mistakes entering data !.. Dave

What was the flaw and how did you catch/fix it? 73, Gary AL9A ----- Original Message ----- From: <n8d...@comcast.net> To: <Dxbase@mailman.qth.net> Sent: December 06, 2009 1:48 PM Subject: Re: [Dxbase] LOTW - DXB difference > well its like anything else ..
