Yes - it has happened before. But, not very often.  The problem 
comes in when the user submits their logs in Cabrillo format 
(for a PHONE contest) -- and the PHONE mode stays with 
LOTW -- that is a real bummer!!!!  ---  but, what you did is the
best that can be done until the next release of DXbase ..  The
Non-DXB Import utility should be updated by that time to 
include the PHONE mode as an incoming info for the Import
utility to define as USB/LSB ..
