Now it's getting close to end of the year, when many warm wx vacation/dxpeditions may appear.
Some of those dxpeditions may not do their qsling till AFTER the next USA postage raise. So I use 'Forever' stamps on my return sae's for USA managers. that way they won't get caught in the Postage raise. Plus you buy 'Forever' stamps now at todays rates, they can be good for a few years.
