I can see in the FT-736R Operating Manual that there is 
a listing showing the     "Instruction Code Chart"    - so,
theoretically - it should be able to be done ...

Let's see "if" anyone else who is actually using a  FT-736R
answers up to your email ....  but, the codes/instructions
are spelled-out in the Yaesu FT-736R manual.
