Well, I'm confused... I've tried this a couple of times and have met with no success. Apparently, when I export LoTW ADIF files for import into DXBase, LoTW dumps only "new" items, being under the clearly false impression that it and DXBase are properly synced. But, I'm finding that many QSOs I have in DXBase show no confirmation when the QSOs are clearly in LoTW. Somewhere, we have a failure to communicate.
How do I tell LoTW to dump its entire log and then tell DXBase to take it all in and modify records accordingly? After, of course, backing up my DXBase files...
