I sure second that, a few weeks back I was having problems that were
generated first by my computer failing and that in turn scrambled the
INI file
and DXbase reloads would not even work, it ended up being several
problems, hardware, software scrambles by hardware going out, and I
almost fell off the chair when the phone rang and Joe was on the hook
wanting to help out, thanks to his insight all was resolved in the end.
Only other ham related service I have had that great was Elecraft,
they also called on the land line to ask about some bugs I was finding,
makes a person sure want to stay with a product with help like that.
Thanks much to Joe.
