I have been following the back routines because I always forget and am trying to automate the process. I am not an expert but think I have stumbled onto something. I think Win 7 will automatically store the library files plus others automatically if the files you need are stored in this place. I have modified my list of files to store including the DXBase 2007, TurboTax and others I want to have backed up. By itself it selected the photos, quicken files among others. I wonder if anybody else has tried this and how does it work? I am still periodically making CD's, dating them with the backup files. I also have identical RAID drives. I will be trying the control panel/system and security/backup and restore routine and will see what happens. Anybody have experience with this routine in Win 7?
