I would go to View, Previous QSOs, In QSO Field on the left side of the 
box, select Prefix, then select Find.  It will show you all the QSOs 
with that prefix.  Unless you have a hundred of them, it will be pretty 
easy to find what you are looking for.  It breaks it down by Date, Time, 
Callsign, etc., etc.

Try it and let us know if that was what you were looking for.
