Wonder if Neal can use this type of info from the DXBase users. So what are you other DXB people using? What's your interests?
I use DXBase on a big old Dell Pentium 4 3.20GHz with 3.24GB of Ram, 3 hard drives. Dual Monitors Win XP pro. I guess I'll have to migrate to Win7 some day, but holding out as long as the machine lasts. Rig: Flex SDR5000A/2nd Receiver (Super heavy Astron 50amp iron PS) DDUt, VSPE, VAC, Yaesu Quadra, Palstar ATAuto Mostly CW via a WinKeyer USB Sommer xp504 Homebrew 30 rotatable dipole 6 meter yagi 40/80 dipole (PalStar needed for much of the 80 meter portion) 60' rotateable crankup Wilson tower with homebrew winch powered by Milwaukee Hole Hawg drill. WaveNode on higher freqs LP-100A on 80/40 DXB says I'm at 351 phone 341 cw 323 rtty/psk 359 mixed 2418 Challenge Quioxti Quest entity/band/modes 5760 worked 5539 confirmed. and I'm only 14 years old (if you believe that one let me tell you about the bridge I have for sale) And as far as I know, I'm the only USA station that has a confirmed qso with ON4UN on 2 meters fone.
