Well, I will certainly miss Joe's expertise, courtesy and genuine generosity. 

I was recently having some self-imposed troubles and Joe, bless his 
huge heart, called me up -- on his dime! -- to hold my hand through 
it. He then asked me to send him my log and he'd "have a look at it." 
Within a few minutes, he'd found the problem and arranged a fix. All 
this out of the goodness of his heart. 

Honestly, we are a small group with very special, rather eclectic 
(put mildly) interests. Yet Joe's good nature and simple generosity 
affects almost every member of our community in the most positive 
way. If there's higher praise of a man's character, I'll happily hear it! 

I hope that fortune, by whatever path, brings your happy presence to 
grace us again one day.
