You wrote "The above is done with DXBase NOT running." and I do not believe that is a correct statement. DXBase with the MS ACCESS database can remain open during update/deletes and inserts. It can have multiple user at the same time.
I upload my ADIF file from Writelog, then in DXBase generate a ADIF to be signed and upload to LOTW. I then download the file from LOTW and upload to DXBase all while DXBase is open. No problem. Now good practice is to have DXBase closed as you recommend. but it is not necessary. Joe K0BX Stop the insanity!
