while waiting for the holiday to be done so I can get my reg file for recent purchase of 2007, I experimented with my 2006 to see if I can get rid of the problem I have had for a while, with no answer, and installing the trial of 2007 caused it to appear in that one as well
my transmit toolbar window went full screen a while back, and several attempts to get it back to the docked line and small size failed. reinstalling and consequently reset my settings was the only fix.
