The installer moves everything it finds in the old dxbase.ini file (in the Windows folder) that it feels is safe to do. As you have done the installer and it obviously didn't move it, it isn't a possibility (sri!)
If you have downloaded the prefix updater that I referenced in my email, you are up to date!
