Keith, Congrats on the new rig, the setup should be straightforward with DXb and the Pro's.
Can we assume you have a suitable CI-V interface between the rig and the computer? If not, there are many to choose from, from the simple only CI-V homebrew at one end to multi-do-everything off the shelf interface devices. Once you make your choice of interface then simply choose the Pro rig in DXb set-up and PRESET the BAUD rate. Do NOT use AUTO baud rate for either the rig or the software. Always choose your baud rate, this is normal for most software. Good luck, Eric - VE3GSI... > -----Original Message----- > From: KB2000a > Sent: March-06-10 11:42 PM > To: DXBase > Subject: [Dxbase] FW: ICOM 756 Pro III > > > Sorry, wrong subject first time... > > Just purchased a Pro III, any issues / tricks I should know before I > try to set up for DXBase ?
