Keith,

Congrats on the new rig, the setup should be straightforward with DXb and
the Pro's. 

Can we assume you have a suitable CI-V interface between the rig and the
computer? If not, there are many to choose from, from the simple only CI-V
homebrew at one end to multi-do-everything off the shelf interface devices.
Once you make your choice of interface then simply choose the Pro rig in DXb
set-up and PRESET the BAUD rate. Do NOT use AUTO baud rate for either the
rig or the software. Always choose your baud rate, this is normal for most
software.
