There is currently a DXpedition to T32 East Kiribati underway that are, or will be operting from some new IOTA numbers not currently in the DXB IOTA database. The calls being used and their resptective islands are:
T32MI OC-279 Malden Island T32SI OC-280 Starbuck Island T32CI OC-281 Caroline Island T32VI OC-282 Vostok and Flint Islands I looked these islands up at the IOTA website and got their coordinates which I've added to my Iota... database as follows. According to the DXB Help file "-" is for South latitude and East longitude, while "+" is for North latitude and West longitude.
