ZC4LI is AS-004 this is what is attached to details on the ARRL site when I got Credit for this call. >From what I see AS-004 is correct.
So what is the call sign in question? What Iota was displayed for it? Maybe you need to re populates or Recount your DXCC shut down the program and restart it so it re populates. If you know it is wrong then there is a way to correct it in the data base of DXBase just for that call sign not database. Data Base is always right. The exceptions and expeditions can be different so you have to treat it that way.
