The box your refer to is a standard Windows File Save dialog box.  It is 
just like any other Windows file dialog box.  It is simply asking you for 
the name of file you want to use for the ADIF records that are about to be 
stored.  You should enter a file name.  Remember, do NOT use the name of 
your .mdb file... if you do you may destroy your regular database.  Give it 
a name like "myadif", or whatever...  After you type in a name, you click 
open and follow the prompts.
