Hi Al, I have always had to do my JT65B EME contacts manually. For some reason LOTW wants DATA , not DIGITAL as Dxbase has on the mode. I have never been able to get it to work. I just do a wizard file and select all JT65B mode and them when you open TQSL just open that file and edit it. An extra couple steps but it works. Joe KI4TZ
