Use the Wizard to pick out the records you need. Set the filters to select the date, the band, the mode, whatever will makes sense. Export the output to an ADIF file. Then use a ADIF to Cabrillo converter to generate the file for submission. Marek SP7DQR has a nice converter program, adif2cab, that can be found for free at his web site http://sp7dqr.waw.pl/eng/index_en.html.
