Been a while since I looked at DxLab.  Glad to see you give up on that program. 
 A lot of glitter and a screen hog.

Check to see if you have a sort ticked some where that DX-Labrador sort when 
you 
create your ADIF it is leaving the things you want behind.  One way to check is 
how many log entries you have then check it how many it finds when the ADIF is 
made.  Then check you number how many log entries you have go into DXBase.

If you have the right number of log entries when the ADIF file is made up and 
the DXBase count is low when imported to DXBase then a filter is set in DXBase 
and needs to be corrected.

Could be your old call sign or new call sign or QRP QSOs are getting dropped 
off.
