Neal is being polite - in my opinion... He will not say it but I think it is 
time for someone to say it and this seems like an appropriate time to do 
just that...

If there is another logging program that suits your needs ( The Unknown 
Typist ) then by all means you should forget about Dx Base and subscribe to 
that one -- it would appear that switching would save you a lot of anxious 
moments - Neal did go as far as to say if you have money coming to you he 
will give it back to you... I myself intend to ride it out and like Dave 
says -- if it all ended right now we still have one of the best if not the 
best logging program available with DxBase 2007.... enough said....
