Hi Jack

As usual your first instinct was the situation. Tom had problems getting
DXBase installed on Win7 and had done a repair which removed 7 of the state
summary records in his log, so any Q that referenced those states had an
error on init tables. I just re-added them, redid an initialize and all was
fine!
