Or your can right click inside the window where the columns and rows are And
then click on "Unhide columns" then do it again and click on "Unhide Rows"
This should restore them if they have been collapsed.

I am not sure what may have happened to your window, but most columns are
drag to widen or narrow, perhaps try dragging the vertical dividers..
