Dear Neal, I'm wondering if possibly, in the database updater that you are making, you could include (at least) 1 other update that I'm aware of, that isn't in DXBase 2007:
1) the splitting of St Bartholomey (FJ) from St Martin (FS), which occurred effective December 14, 2007 It also looks like we may have to split Sudan in the near future, when that election is decided...
