Boy I'm going out on a limb here but I 'think' If you copy both 'callsign'.mdb AND refdata.mdb you will be ok.
but if one computer does NOT have the same refdata.mdb as the other, you may have some discrepancies. I would suggest doing the Updater on BOTH computers so that the redata.mdb files agree.
