I have updated the DXbase2007 AutoLOTW standalone program (now version 2.53) - this update to the program was strictly cosmetic ... I updated the INSTRUCTIONS webpage for AutoLOTW 2.53 (to reflect that TQSL version 1.13 is the most current version from the LOTW website).
