I had rcvd a Refdata.mdb file from KQ0B a few days ago -- and using his Refdata file - that he has mentioned about the "bearings and distances" being WRONG -- I ran his Refdata against my PROGRAM and the following is the output (screen-shot) showing that THERE IS A PROBLEM with the "lack of a + or - sign in front of the lat/lon" --- the RED boxes show the area of the problem and the COUNT is only 396 -- whereas it should be a FULL 400 count .. the NEWEST PJ entries in the Prefix-Pri table did not have the correct formatting of the Lat and Lon ...
