Steve,

If you already updated DXBase to reflect the four new PJ entries and deleted
the two old ones,  the ARRL "count" is still 338, and DXBase is 340.  I
would bet the problem has to do with that.  My DXBase totals are off by two
from the ARRL because of this.  

I do not believe that ARRL is counting the new PJ's as of yet.  From what I
have read, it will be late Mar or early Apr when they have cleared up the
backlog of 2010 submissions.
