Wow, I must have been half asleep last night. What I want to do is have the local card checker, check all my cards. Then on LoTW submit the QSLs that are left over. That way I will not use up any credits on LoTW for the QSOs that are confirmed both ways. Both DXbase 2007 and LoTW support that with no problems.
