Not sure I'm understanding your query correctly.  If you mean you've lost 
the QSO label button on the tool bar go to Tools/Customize...  In the 
Customize window the Toolbars tab will show a list of the various tool bars 
available.  Make sure the Tools item is checked - it contains the QSO label 
button.  To see all the buttons in the various tool bars click on the 
Commands tab.  If you click on a button you can drag it to a different tool 
bar if you want.  Maybe your QSO button got moved to another tool bar that 
is not displayed?
