ALL who are running ver 1.08 :::
Pse be aware that the GRID column of Version 1.08 of the DXbase2007
has a BUG -- in that YOU as the user can ACCIDENTALLY type-in or bring-in
from an external source -- the GRID in " LOWERCASE " ...
Two DXbase 1.08 users saw the following error pop-up when they
tried to initialize tables ::
"The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they
would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or
relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain
duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit
duplicate entries and try again."
This error was caused by the accidental insertion of a lowercase
character GRID column entry in their logbook.
Until version 1.09 comes out -- just pse be aware that your GRID column
entry MUST be in UPPERCASE always!
